Wet Sounds WWX-DZ-BT Dual Zone Bluetooth Controller

The Wet Sounds WWX-DZ-BT gives you a compact Bluetooth adapter and controller with dual zone settings. There are several similar Bluetooth controllers on the market, but the Wet Soudns WWX-DZ-BT is the only one with the dual zone control and output. You have the selection to control the zones together or independently and that is espeically important if you are running tower speakers or a subwoofer as it will allow you to control the output levels independently of the speakers. The outputs on this device use 3.5mm jacks so you will need to use 3.5mm to RCA connections into your amplifier if you don't go with the Wet Soudns STX-Micro amps.

The backlighting on the WWX-DZ-BT has dual color illumination. It will light up blue when the zones are joined together and red when they are controlled independently. Wiring is straight forward. You have hot and switched wires for power, obviously ground, and there is a blue remote wire to turn on your amplifier(s). For mounting, the Wet Sounds WWX-DZ-BT mounts to a 1-1/8" round opening and secures with a plastic nut on the back. The depth of the unit itself is only 1.86" and should easily fit in virtually any mounting location.

If you don't need a head unit but you have always been hesitant because you wanted dual zone control, you can now ditch the old head unit, go with a simple Bluetooth controller with the WWX-DZ-BT.
