The Rockford Fosgate P3S-1X12 is a shallow mount 12" loaded enclosure that is designed for car audio applications, but can also be used on your boat if you can keep it dry and out of the sun. With 400 watts RMS power handling, this subwoofer can handle the power from most marine amplifiers. The subwoofer is pre-wired and terminated to a 1 ohm load and it is important to ensure that your amplifier is 1 ohm stable. If you have a Rockford Fosgate marine system, you want to add some bass, and you can keep the enclosure dry and out of the sun, this is a great solution.
