This package offers a simple, straightforward stereo setup for your boat from one of the top names in marine audio. The Rockford Fosgate PMX-2 is one of, if not the best marine head units on the market. The large center dial knob along with the 2.7" screen and untuitive menu make this one of our favorites. The head unit has Bluetooth built in, USB, auxiliary input, AM/FM/WB, and a built-in 25W x 4 amplifier. The Rockford Fosgate RM065 speakers are Rockford's entry level marine speakers, but they are designed to be powered by a head unit, not an amplifier. Many other marine speakers are either total junk, or they need an amplifier to hear and get what you are paying for. This is not the case with these Rockford Fosgatet speakers. If you want an affordable, head unit and speaker solution for your boat you can't go wrong here. This is probably what we would put in our boats if we didn't have amps.
